1. Digital Products:

Refunds will not be issued for digital products, which include but are not limited to downloadable course materials, software, and other digital content. Once the digital product is accessed or downloaded, the purchase is considered final.

2. Courses:

2.1 Refund Eligibility:

• Applicable charges will be applied as per RBI Guidelines and Payment Gateway Charges. For Example, if you have made the payment of Rs 9999 then you are not eligible to claim a full refund.
• Refunds are applicable only for course enrollments.
• To be eligible for a refund, the customer must submit a refund request within 7 working days from the date of purchase. To be eligible for a refund after purchasing our course on January 1, 2024, requests must be submitted by January 9, 2024.

2.2 Refund Process:

• To initiate a refund request for a course, please mail your query at engineeringkipathshala@gmail.com
• The refund request will undergo a review process, and eligibility will be determined based on the terms outlined in the refund policy.

2.3 Non-Refundable Situations:

• Refunds will not be granted for completed courses or if a certificate of completion has been issued.
• Courses purchased during promotional events may not be eligible for refunds unless explicitly stated otherwise. (Say, Black Friday offer, Diwali offer etc.)
